Laboratory Business Developer– Hopkinton, MA

 

LabTech, Inc. is a leading global technology company specializing in laboratory products and innovative solutions for sample preparation and scientific analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven laboratory business developer to join our dynamic team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling LabTech products and services through resellers and distribution channels within the assigned territory.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize revenue potential.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning to expand market share.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving new customer acquisitions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales plans and operational execution for LabTech products.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or technical consultation is preferred but not required (preferably in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, or consumables).

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term business growth.

  • Strong sales acumen with experience in quota setting, forecasting, and revenue management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proactive and energetic approach.

  • Completion of sales training and relevant industry certifications is a plus.

  • Valid driver license
